TCR provides engineering, consulting, and forensic‑weather services focused on building envelopes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) systems, and related construction‑technology solutions. Information on the Site is offered for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional engineering, legal, or insurance advice. Engagements for paid services are governed by separate written agreements.

2. Permitted Use & Conduct

• You may view, download, or print materials from the Site solely for personal or internal business reference.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
• You agree not to:
